Biography: Sonia was born in Queens, New York and grew up in a Catholic upbringing which changed when she was 13 years old to Pentacost. She has been intuitive and highly telepathic all her life and got to know it when she was 2 yrs. At the age of 2 yrs Sonia survived bacterial meningitis which left her in a coma for 6 months. But after a year and half she was able to leave the hospital. She ended up defying all the doctors predictions of being a "vegetable" or "she is not going to live". It was after this illness that Sonia realized her empathic, telepathy and clair-sentient abilities. Even though she did not know what to do with this growing up, she never ignored it. As she would follow the strong feelings to leave places she shouldn't be in or doing something she should be doing. Sonia was very much aware of her abilities and began to use it more in her earlier years into her young teenage years as a creative writer and eventually theatre arts.
One of her first set of teachers on this path to understanding the self was her parents and Elizabeth Clare Prophet's via her online video's and teachings {passed away 4/18/39 - 10/15/09 Elizabeth's Clare Prophet - Pioneer, Author and Teacher }, she was a teacher Sonia found to be strong, clear, dedicated, and filled with no bull. Many do not like her, but her work in Sonia's life was that she thought diligence, were are all ONE and whole hearted connection to that of the Spirit's awakening in you. You may ask how did she study with Elizabeth, it began 1995 through her books, the website of The Summit Lighthouse that developed an awakening. Sonia's local community teacher was Diane L. Ross, who she met back in the 1997, in a meditation class held every Wednesday, at noon at the Spiral Circle Bookstore, Sonia can still hear how the meditation began with the church bells ringing a block way, and the group conscious meditation would then begin, wonderful she thought. She has gotten to be trained and participated in over several different seminars with some of the most enlighten authors & teachers of today, such as Sonia Choquette, Doreen Virtue, Wayne Dyer, Gregg Bradden, Steven Farmer to name a few.
In October 2001 she became Reiki Level I certified. Sonia developed her gifts and awareness at the age of 18. It was at 18 years old did she find the healer that was going to became accute and profound. The next fourteen years Sonia's has done continuing education and certification courses in Reiki, Emotional Freedom Technique, Thetahealing, Energy sound balancing, Angel Therapy Practitioner, and Transformational Reiki which incorporates the use of combining crystals, aroma, herbs and sacred sounds. She is a teacher of metaphysics and an expert in intuitive and healing systems as well as a writer and author of materials for the same areas. She has actively spent the last 14+ years immersed in the study of spiritual growth and health, transformational practices and healing modalities in order to best serve her clientele.
Although Sonia experience a life time of empathic, precognitive dreams, intuitive abilities since the age of 2, Sonia's work as an intuitive began 1998 giving consultations over the internet in chat rooms and professionally launching in 2003. Her playshop and work both involved her ability to empathically feel what is going on with details of clients that were uncanny and true. It was abrupt and fast that people returned to her online chat room playshop and her online phone service. By feedback and word of mouth, Sonia gained a new group of clients worldwide, some clients never meeting face to face, but talking only by phone.
Now a days, she channels her guides Theim to develop and facilitates workshops. Her workshops covers topics in the areas of Manifest Abundance, Discovering Your Soul's Path, Higher Realms, Angels and Ascended Masters, I AM Presence 12 steps, Into the Realm of Ascension, Ascension Insight, Ascend to Light, The Four Dynamic Chambers of the Heart and TRANSCENDENCE 'A person's relationship with Creator' 2010 series. She has wrote in VELOCITY magazine which reaches 60,000 readers each issue about these topics of spiritual growth and health. She has been the guest speaker to other facilitators self help workshops. She has begun to do some radio interviews with more lined up to come 2010, along with her new book The Jewel In You: Creating an anchor in Spirit to heal the physical, emotional and mental you.

Sonia is an Ordained Minister and does facilitate wedding ceremonies by request.
She facilitated a friend's wedding in San Pedro, CA on March 29, 2009 evening by the water. It was a great honor and opportunity to join together her friend Noelle and DJ in wedlock. It was a a beautiful ceremony, she was honored to join them with the "handfasting" (handfasting cloth). That morning she received a special message from Spirit about the sacred union of these two beautiful hearts.

It is a union which begins to bind in love, joy, peacefulness and a stillness of the soul evolves.
