Frequently Asked Questions / For Your Information:
1) All trainings are done by 1 hr to 2 hr per sessions over a 1 to 2 weeks (flexible to each person schedule when thought one on one) to allow time in between for study and integrating materials.
2) All Sessions and trainings are facilitated at her private Holistic Healing Office in Downtown Orlando.
3) A non-refundable deposit of $100 (All Sales Final) is required at the beginning of all trainings, an option of paying by www.paypal.com, check or money order is accepted. A payment break down payment is also available, inquire in person or by email.
4) Sessions are not recorded however trainee may bring tape recorder or the recommended spiral notebook to add in material handouts and take notes.
5) Sonia is not a traditional tarot reader, she uses angel oracle, sacred geometry and Osho Zen/John Holland/Transformational Tarot decks only, which does not deal with archetypes. She is neither a licensed massage therapist (LMT), hypnotherapist, neuro-linguistic programming or does past life regressions, see Diane L. Ross on her links page for that. Nor does she conduct seances, witchcraft, use a crystal ball, is a fortune teller or conduct/practice/participate in any dark art.
6) A deeper and more serious approach to healing and it comes from a place on knowing that anyone who needs support to turn a tough situation around should seek out support. This part pertains to anyone who has been through trauma. When anyone goes through trauma is it important to get professional support, if you are suffering from depression or illness, you need to get the physical support to help yourself. There is nothing wrong at all to get help and support, all hospitals has social workers on call who can deal with social issues to help you through tough times. So do not stay isolated and alone, there is no reason for it at all.
What to consider for your benefit for you now and in the future:
Support is really good especially when it comes from a counselor who has dealt with trauma, grief, symptoms of depression, a therapist that can deal with evaluating where you are at to get you on a solid ground again, a therapist that can provide you that support.
Sonia has mildly worked with clients in these areas and more, however, she is not a professional psychiatrist, psychotherapist, doctor or medical practitioner of any sort. She would love to help you find someone able to help you now. It is vital to find a therapist you feel comfortable with and like, this will make the process more effective.
